By accessing or using MAQ Platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally allowed to use crypto services where you live. You are responsible for compliance with local laws.

You are responsible for your account credentials and any activity under your account. Keep your password and wallet keys secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Cryptocurrency, mining rewards, token launches, airdrops, marketplace transactions, and prediction markets involve substantial risk, including total loss of funds. Prices are volatile. On-chain transactions are irreversible. Nothing on MAQ is financial advice.

• Fraud, manipulation, or abuse of platform mechanics (including sybil accounts and quest farming).
• Illegal activity, sanctions evasion, money laundering.
• Attempts to bypass security, RLS, or rate-limits.
• Harassment, hate speech, or spam.

The MAQ name, logo, code, and content are owned by MAQ or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant MAQ a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it on the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or specific outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of funds arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or threaten the security of the Service.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the entity operating MAQ, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
